That motherboard uses the older AMD 690G chipset. A better deal (ripped from this thread) is the AMD 780G-powered TuL TRS780-M1 from geeks.com for $52.99 - 10% code 'techbargains' + shipping. Shipped price for me was $56.69. The TuL TRS780-M1 is the same motherboard as the Foxconn A7GM-S, and you can flash it with the latest BIOS for the A7GM-S (TuL's BIOS downloads are a little out-of-date).

I bought a TRS780-M1 and Flashed it with the Foxconn BIOS a few days ago. I'm currently running an AMD X2 4850e on it with a mild overclock from 2.5GHz to 2.8GHz. It works great!
