Asus K7V133 Socket A and Asus V7100 problem..

Just installed Asus K7V133, Asus V7100, AMD Athalon 1ghz, I am getting zero output from vid card to monitor...I have the board set at jumperless...Any clue?

Need a little more info from you. Are you hearing system beeps at all for example. Is the video card properly and snugly seated. Try reseating your RAM. Remove everything except your cpu, vid card, and RAM, then try again. Try without HD. Try clearing the BIOS (usually a jumper on the board). Let me know if any of this helped. If not there is more to try.

I know this sounds goofy but jumper the voltage to the spec for the cpu (1.75) and if that does not work leave it there and take the cpu out (completely with power disconnected of course) then reinstall the cpu/HS-fan and try once again... Last test... take all the memory out and power up you should get a series of beeps... Then reinstall the memory try once more...

Oh BTW do you have another AGP video card to try???
