So yes you will have no issues with it. Just make you got a good psu

I got the direct cu and a i7 930 on a 850w. I think 750w should be fine. Overclocks like mad. Played with it some more and looks like I can get 950 on the core at 1.15v. Upped the fan profile and it never got past 63c during gaming.
