ASUS CUSL2 - P3 --ASUS GeForce2 combo--anyone got this?

Im thinking of going with this setup:
ASUS CUSL2 motherboard (socket 370 w/(815)
ASUS GeForce 2 32mg w/DDR
P3 800ES

Has anyone had any experience with this setup?
good or bad, I would like to hear about it.

yup, i have that system, and i jump to 1000mhz with 1.75 v + golden orb

i built a similar system, using a 3D Prophet DDR-DVI instead. worked perfectly fine, it was for a friend and he's using the detonator 3 drivers now. i'm not sure how successful his OC was but the system as is works perfect, with some flamin' FPS in q3. works well, i don't suspect you'll have any probs
