Asus board loud vrms noise

Bought Asus board from newegg. It was opened item and now its making high pitch noise when I move my mouse or type in keyboard.
Googled and found out it was cpu vrms making noise.
Is this normal? should I return this and get different board? I still have around 20 days to return.
Really sux newegg is not paying for the return shipping and take out 15% for restocking fee.

I'm running 380 earth watt antec power supply
with
7750 kuma
and 7600gs
500gig seagate harddrive.
I think my power supply provide more than enought power for the set up i have.
 
I had an Abit board that did that. Various forum posts led me to believe that it's not there on every board, even of the same revision. You just got lucky.

I returned mine - the squealing was too much for me. If you RMA it, you might end up with the same board that doesn't scream at you...or you might be double unlucky.
