I already bought an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (S939) and a Geforce 6200 256mb with Turbo Cache...

Now I'm looking for a cheap mobo from a well-know manufacturer...I have my eye on an Asus KV8-E(Via KT890), this supports PCI-E.....

Anyone have an xperience with this board???? Any horor?? Does it run stable and reliably fast??? How about its responsiveness with launching apps and documents????

Well, there's nothing really wrong with that board performance wise, but it was announced that these will not be compatible with AMD Dual core processors. If you'd be looking to upgrade in a year or two, it would be tough luck.

nForce4 vanilla and some ultra boards are going for well under $100, and those are definitely the best for Socket 939. I think you would be much happier if you picked up one of those :)
