I read somewhere that Asus was planning on releasing their AGP-V7700/DELUXE board with a built in TV tuner as an option. I have found only one such offering at ATACOM and it isn't even listed on the ASUS web site or iBuyer.net.
Does anyone else know anything about this?
Also, I have heard that the DXR3 card included with Creative Labs 12X DVD drive distorts images during normal computer use. Are current graphics cards up to performing the decoding task? And if so, to take advantage of an SBLive Platinum and digital speaker system, does the DVD drive (Pioneer 16X for example) have to have a digital output?
