Asus A8V-DX and OCZ 1GB gold 4000 compatible?

I am upgrading my rig and am thinking of picking up an ASUS A8V with an Athalon 3500 CPU.

I have a good line on 1gb OCZ Gold Ram (OCZ5001024ELDCGER2-K 2x512M PC4000 Kit 2.5-3-3-8).

Is this compatible or do I have to use slower 3200 ram?

The OCZ website says that this ram is optimized for Pentium CPU's. Should I worry about this?

Has anyone used this configuration before?

Thanks in Advance!
