Been trying to find drivers everywhere for this and none of them seem to be working, I can get the VIA RAID to work fine in Windows 64 BUT the Promise 20378 Driver(s) just will not work, no matter what, has anyone had any luck getting the Promise drivers working in Win64? If so how.

Promise isn't exactly known for their timely driver releases. This is just based on having used Promise products in the past, but I wouldn't be holding my breath for them if they don't exist now.

They generally offer little support for anything short of direct mainstream, and as soon as a product is anywhere near end of life, they completely ignore it. Personally, I'd just not use Promise RAID at all. Besides there has never been an article showing significant real world performance gains with RAID for a gaming type box.

That's the thing though, I've got no choice but to use the Promise RAID as the VIA Raid doesn't work with single SATA drives in IDE mode, also the IDE RAID is only available on the Promise controller so that rules the VIA IDE RAID out of the question, the two standard IDE slots are used up with 1 HD and 3 Optical drives so I think you can guess that I really need some sort of way to get a hold of some sort of Promise RAID driver for Win64.
For the time being though I guess I'll just stick with Win32 XP Pro...or maybe move to Gentoo.
