So I just installed an Asus A8V into my computer, and bought a PNY 6800GT card to put in there. Now, the Asus manual is very specific in saying that this motherboard can only take a 1.5 volt card in its AGP slot, and even has a picture of what a card keyed for 1.5 volts looks like (3 seperate sets of golden connectors instead of 2). The PNY card says it runs on both 1.5 volts and 3.3 volts, yet its connector is only seperated into 2 sections unlike the picture within the Asus manual. When I plugged everything in and fired it up for the first time, I was getting no signal whatsoever to the monitor through any of the ports on the video card. The monitor woulden't even fire up with the cable plugged in. I'd like to avoid getting a new video card, or even a new motherboard to have to fix this issue, so has anybody dealt with this before? Thanks a ton in advance.
