Asus A8R-MVP - New "Beta" bios released

Is this new? I've been using 0602 since last fall. It's still the latest on the asus website. I can't connect to the link.
 
Unrelated but boes anyone else have problems with USB devices causing problems at startup on this board? Whenever my Ipod Nano is connected through my Dell 2005FPW's USB hub, the board freezes at startup 😕
 
I have never had that problem when my ipod is connected, but I don't have it on a hub, usually on the front panel usb ports.
