Asus A8N-Sli Premium Drivers

Hi,
I need to uninstall and reinstall all the drivers for my system (mobo, video, AMD X2, Audio) and I would like the know the best way to go about that. What order should I uninstall and then reinstall? Should I uninstall all and then reinstall or should I uninstall/reinstall one at a time? i.e. unin/rein. mobo, unin/rein. video etc.

Is there any problem uninstalling the Nvidia video drivers when the video driver file is newer than the drivers currently installed on the system?

Thanks,
BGC

I'd download all the new ones first, then just uninstall everything (making sure to reboot) and get to a point where you can boot the PC and nothing new detects, nor do you have to uninstall anything.

At that point, install the chipset drivers first, reboot, and then just start installing things one at a time. Throw in a reboot after each one to make sure all is going well.

Find a nVidia driver cleaner if you can, their out there (never used one, but have heard about it).

Good Luck!

Chuck
