I have this Memory right now in my MSI KT3 Ultra, and it's great.
Of course it's overkill on this MB I know, but that's not why I got it. I got it for my new System which I should be putting together this weekend:

ASUS A8N SLI Premium
3700 San Diego
MSI 7800 GTX
Maxtor Diamondmax 10 250GB
Enermax EG495 Noisetaker

I'll let you know how it works out if someone else doesn't have an answer by then.

well I don't have the xl but I have the c2. However my twinx1024-3200c2 rev.4.2 are based on samsung tccd rev. f. Similar if not identical to the xl. I run 2.5 3 3 7 1t at 250mhz w/o any problem. Voltage was set at 2.75. I've tried to find the max w/ these modules, and my a8n sli premium takes it up to 285 1t with low dividers and low multiplier. Voltage was set at 2.85. so your 3200xl should work very well.

thanks for the replies guys, think ive got a duff stick as i have to run em at 2t.2.5 4 4 9 at 219,get bsod any tighter but as ive not got a floppy drive so i cant test the sticks,i only game so the timings dont really matter i suppose.bsods are ram related arnt they,it allways says machine check error or something like that.any ideas.should really start my own thread but thought i would ask on this one first, cheers

I don't know if this helps you, but I just installed 4x512 of TWINX1024-3200C2PT in my A8N-sli Premium and it booted up no problem. Although it does run at 333mhz right now...

cheers, was wondering as it seems some boards have problems with corsair, not sure why.saw some where on this site someone else was running your ram and all four dims and that to get your ram running at 400mhz you gotta switch to 2t timings.thats if you got a venice or sandiago,if not i think your stuck at 333mhzthink it was zebo how pointed out that 2t dont make a lot of difference.

It's my understanding that if you're running four sticks of RAM, you have to use 2T with the AMD64. It has something to do with the AMD64 (on Chip) Memory Controller that forces this, not any particular MB.

yep with 4 sticks in you have to run 2t but on the winnie it would only run at 333mhz not 400mhz cause of the memory controler, venice and sandys have better mem controler so it will run at 400mhz but still at 2t,please correct me if im wrong

Not sure what CPU he's running, so I just threw this out in case he wondered why he couldn't run at 400MHz vs 333MHz ;)
