Asus A8N SLI, How to set the ram speed? I'm new to AMD

the only option in BIOS about ram is Max Memclock,

and if i manul, then the Jumperfree configration are set to auto.

I set CPU frequency to 266, CPU multiplier to 10

HTT to 4x

but when I go in to windows, CPU-Z says the run is @ 133

and I check the SIS memery bandwidth, @ about 4000

wut's wrong ?
 
one more thing,

why I chose the Max Memclock to DDR533, the Jumper free will set to Auto?

I just update the bios to the newest beta, still the same problem.
 
Try setting the max memclock to ddr400. This seems to actually run the memory at a 1:1 ration (to the FSB), NOT run it at DDR400. It's misleading.
