It's nice that the A8N is comming down to bad it don't really mean squat for me till the 6800GT's become more avaible.
they are $80 over msrp ATM and unlike the A8N don't seem to be goign down to fast if at all.
Well, I bit the bullet and ordered from Micer for $199. Now that I've done this, I'm sure the Gigabyte and MSI boards will be available in quantity at cheap prices before I even receive my Asus. Furthermore, there will be all sorts of nForce4 ultra boards available at even cheaper prices. Oh well, I'm sick of waiting.
I've never even heard of Micer before, but the report of them shipping 2 hours after the above poster's order was placed sounds pretty good to me... (I was gonna try Axent Micro for $177 but by the time I saw it their "stock" of 6 had run out)
Will the price hold at $200? I juts bought one at that price. Certainly wiould feel bad if it would drop to below $150 in few weeks when other sli boards come out.
