Asus A8n or Msi neo4?

I am wondering to pick between these 2 motherboards, i was wondering what you guys think plz tell me asap becuz getting board pretty soon!! thank you!

I like the MSI Neo4 SLI because I can get it for a mere 150$ CAN.

what about in performance and stuff? is the msi better in overclocking/performance/stability?

I don't know, didn't buy or get the Asus. Mine's been rock solid with a 3800+ running at a nice 2.8GHz.

MSI is better in overclocking (but the ASUS is not bad), performance/stability is the same.

in gaming for both asus and msi, if they were both stock and comparing in gaming, will the msi have more fps if both of them had same cpu/graphics card ect.
