ok im upgrading my computer and wondering if this is a good motherboard (chi[set wise and features)?

what you guys say? anything better in amd platform than this? i am not so well knowledged about mb's as i used to be. i currently use abit ic7/p4 2.6

im planin to upgrade to athlon 64 3200+ and this mb or maybe better?

I should be getting my A8N-E later this afternoon. I'm counting on three shipments to all get here today though...that may not happen. I'll let you know what I think of it.

I got mine last nite from the AMD Tech tour. My new RAM isn't suppose to arrive until tomorrow, but I have everything else, so I may go ahead and put it together today with my one 512 stick of PC2700 Kingston value ram.

I bought mine on AMD Tech Tour running now at the following specs (My PSU is crapping out my OCing. getting a Powerstream soon to take my OC to 2.7GHz!!)
