Asus A8N-E or Gigabyte K8NXP-9

My new build is all ordered, except for the mobo, and I'm having a hell of a time figuring out which mobo would be the best way to go; the Asus A8N-E or the Gigabyte K8NXP-9. As both are based on the Nforce 4 Ultra chipset I figure they should perform equally well right? I found enough reviews that give the Gigabyte silicon good ratings for me to feel comfortable ordering it, but it is a pretty expensive board. I couldnt find a single review of the Asus board however, so I'm not certain if this board would be the way to go. In general Asus is one of the better manufacturers of hardware imo, so no problems there. Above that, the price of the Asus board is considerably less than the Gigabyte board, and assuming as they are based on the same chipset they perform about the same, I'm really torn. Can anybody give me a insightfull advice on which board would be the better choice? Thanks in advance
