All in all, the KT600 chipset and, by extension, the ASUS A7V600 have been a pleasant surprise, bringing back some competition into the nondescript uniformity of the SocketA platform and even if VIA is not able to trump the performance level of nVidia's nForce2, it is a decent solution that will find its followers.
