I've been using the Asus A7V333 for more than 4 months now without any problem. Today, while using it, it suddenly turned-off by itself and now I can't power it up again. I'm not sure whether it's a power supply problem or the cpu/motherboard was fried. I'm using XP1800+ cpu with no-overclocking + 256mb pc2700. The power supply is a 400W psu. Anyone has experienced this before???

I've changed a new 400W PSU and was able to power-up. But the system will turn-off by it-self after a while like 15 minutes. I'm not sure it's the OS problem or the m/board or bios that's causing this. I'm using Win XP SP1 and the bios level is 1015. Anyone has any similar problem with 1015???

Here are my suggestions: use Motherboard Monitor 5 to see what the CPU and case temperatures are doing (the board will cut power off if the CPU overheats). Get a name-brand power supply from Enermax, Antec or Sparkle Power (generally, el-cheapo "400W" units have poor 3.3V + 5V output). Try reducing your RAM to PC2100 speed (it may actually be faster that way on KT333).
