Looks like time to replace this but I just wanted to ask if there is anything out of the ordinary when I replace it. Will it be just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one? Also, what size is this fan...its pretty tiny. Suggestions where to buy would be nice too!
Thanks,
Ed

Im going to assume that its your northbridge fan thats going. My NB fan went screwy and started throwing out a lot of noise so I emailed my motherboard supplier and they sent me a replacement fan + heatsink. You might wish to do this or you can go for a Zalman Passive NB heatsink. No fan required and should cool it well at stock speeds.

Since I dont live in the US, the only store I know that probably supplies Zalman gear is NewEgg

Hope this helps.

You can just unplug the fan.. I have 2 A7V133 mobos at work, and over time both of the fans started to whine and cause a ruckus. I unplugged them. they are not imperative at all for stable operation.

i have the same problem on my a7v133.. the fan is hitting the northbridge chipset, as there is no heatsink. i just keep flicking the fan and it eventually stops :(

exactly, just flick the fan, and it will stop making that horrible noise. Same thing happens on my A7v266-e when I move it alot...eg. lan parties. Just flick the fan, and it realigns it.
