Asus A7v133 Normal or Performance?

There is a bios setting on the asus a7v133 that says normal or it can say performance. Should that be set to normal or performance.
 
I have it set to normal. It became unstabe whenever i tried performance.
(edit) just went back and retried the setting since i had lowered my I/O voltage setting to 3.3 which seems to be more stable and found it no longer causes an immediate bsod anymore. ran a quick sandra memory bench and got a 100 point bump in the memory score over my old settings.
 
Performance for sure. Only run normal if performance causes problems. And it shouldnt cause problems unless maybe you have crappy ram.
 
Set to performance. I have never had mine set to normal and my system is rock solid. If you are having probs, go back to normal but in most cases performance mose shouldn't cause any problems.
