Hey guys I have been out of the loop of Pc hardware for a few months and I was thinking of picking up one of the new real cheap T-bird 1-gig processors that are floating around for under $100. my question is I have an Asus A7V not A7V133 but the origional A7V and I was wondering what is the highest multiplier I could use on this board. I currently have a duron 800mhz running 1030mhz at 10.0x103fsb. I hope I can atleast overclock the athlon to around 1300mhz but the A7V does not like very high FSB. Also do you guys think I will see much of a speed increase over my current duron processor. I mainly use the PC to play games and my video card is a Radeon DDr 64mb.

Thanks

12.5 is the highest you will get. although i have heard reports that this has been remapped/defaults to 13. this is the case on my AV7133. yes you will see an improvement in games. 1300 is doable but you will need good cooling.
