Asus A7V 133 - big voltage problem

With my Asus A7V 133-C i had lots of problems.
When i tried to install Nero 5.5 i got the message: "your install file is corruptet". I was even not able to install Win XP correctly. When the windows file was copying from CD to my HDD, i got the warning, that the files on my HDD are not bitwise copy. I was not able to burn my CD correctly. I installed all patches from via, I tried to remove SB live card, but it did`t help.

Now, i finally FOUND solution. I lowered the I/O voltage to 3.3 V (the default was 3.56), AND raised Vcore voltage to 1.76 V. The system is VERY stable now and there are no problems more.

But i dont know, if it was`t better to return the motherboard back. Maybe there are some hidden problems.
Got anybody similar experiences?
