Also, the motherboard comes with a rear panel. If your existing case panel doesn't have a hole for the network jack that's above the USB ports, replace your existing panel with the one that comes with the motherboard.
FYI, the manual has some typos, and one of the biggies is that it depicts the CPU/RAM jumpers upside down. If you get one, just flip the manual upside down when you get to that part.

Anyway, I have 13 of these in my work fleet so far, and we're having good results with them. I like them enough that I put one into my own work system (in place of an A7V333-RAID, if you can believe that... the nForce squeezes a lot more performance out of my SCSI card than the KT333 was doing).
There is one other glitch that you might want to know about in advance: when I begin installing Windows2000 from the compact disc, the video goes to a blank screen for a few minutes at the very beginning. Don't panic... go make a sandwich, and when you come back you should find it has popped up with the blue "To install Windows now..." screen. Evidently Windows2000 Setup has to get a video driver out and set it up.
