Asus A7M266 + Radeon Problems

I have an Asus A7M266, and for some reason my vidcard runs really slow. I have both a Hercules GeForce2 MX and a ATI Radeon 64MB DDR, and all my AGP settings are right in my BIOS...but for some reason I get horrible framerates, and even lockups in 3Dmark2001. My friend however, has an Asus A7V...and has tried both of my vidcards and they work great on his system. What's going on?

So no one's had this problem? My friend told me to download the Via 4-in-1 drivers...but I don't have a VIA chipset...

You have a VIA southbridge, you need to install 2 things... the AMD AGP driver for the 761 northbridge, and then VIA 4 in 1... install everything with the VIA 4 in 1 drivers except the AGP driver.
