Asus A7m266 problems

Hey folks, what's up? I am having a problem with the Asus A7m266 with no video at all when the computer is assembled. I am running 256 pc2100 non ecc ram, asus v-7700 geforce2 video card, and ibm u100 75gb hard drive. The sounds are good, everything sounds like it is workign properly...it is just that no video comes up. I switched video cards, monitors and nothing.
Help please!!!!
 
sort of, at least you were getting on the monitor. I am getting nothing. I have tried all test and I think I have a bad motherboard. I am going to go to a shop that can test it and I will get back here to give results. 😕
