Asus A7A266 Memory Question

Well hello everybody,
I am buildin' my first PC and I am planning to use A7A266 motherboard and I have a question. It supports 2 types of ram DDR and regular SDR, the question is
Can I use both(DDR+SDR) at the same time?

I do not think so, and I just check the manual for A7A266, it says : "Caution: Do not use DDR & SDRAM simultaneously." I am planning to get one too, can anybody gives me some advices to NOT get it? Thanks a lot!
