Video card fan stopped spinning. Upgraded to 500W PS, but still no spin. Games are unplayable. Suggestions?
 
Get a new fan? Or a new heatsink/fan assembly for it. There are often some on CompUSA & the like, or on the net.
Sounds like the fan is busted, so you need to replace it.
