Asus 7100 pro/ATI radeon7200

All other things being equal which card would be a better choice:
Asus V7100 pro Ge Force Mx 400 64 or ATI Radeon 7200 64sdr

The Radeon 7200 by quite a fair margin. Better 2D quality as well as higher speed. Can't go wrong.
7200's have been discontinued from ATI - you should be able to get a real bargain I hope.

I noticed that the 7200Radeaon is on the legacy list...does that also mean no more driver updates etc...the last driver update is late March.

Radeon for sure.

And ATI now offers unified drivers, so they'll work for all ATI products. It'll be supported for a loooong time yet.
