I'm allergic to kiwi, so I think it would a rather unpleasent experiance. But what do you mean by money not a concern?

Most info I've read says it's pretty cool in the south (summers under 80) but the humidity is rancid. My sister-in-law went there to scout business locations. She LOVED it, which means I'd hate it because we're climate opposites. She LOVES warm, humid, sunny, tropical stuff. She says I'd be 'ok' there in some areas, but probably have to live on the mountains in the south and have my entire home dehumidified. I tend to trust her judgement
