Hi , I 'M FROM MUMBAI , INDIA , I WANT HELP IN BUYING A LAPTOP COOLING PAD

SINCE COMMENTS ARE MADE THAT THERE IS NO LAPTOP COOLING PAD WHICH CAN DROP TEMP BY 7-10 DEGREES

PLEASE SUGGEST ME COOLING PAD WHICH CAN DROP TEMP BY ATLEAST 4-7 DEGREES

NOTE : COST SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN $60 (Rupees 4000/-)

If a laptop cannot handle it's own heat, then generally, that means there is something wrong. I'd look into getting it cleaned, and possibly even new thermal grease for the heatsink.
 
I know of no cooling pad that can provide a 7-10 degree Celsius in notebook temp. I agree with Zodiark1593 - laptops are designed to operate as is. What is the ambient temp in Mumbai?
