Lately I have been listening to a lot of Arab/Asian atheists and have found their perspective quite interesting.

Currently there is a war within the community regarding integration. There is a minority that chooses to integrate and they face tremendous flak from the Muslim community for it. The attached video gives the perspective of one such Arab atheist.

IF you are interested, you should look up some of his other videos, especially ones where he has conversations with other secular Arab/Asians. They are extremely compelling and may expose you to ideas that you haven't really haven't heard before.

These ethnic enclaves largely result from social segregation of lower status people. It's not as if immigrants do so to want their kids to grow up in the ghetto.

The H1b/F1 asians near silicon valley are some of the best & brightest on earth, in contrast to the ones near chinatown; or even lower on the scale but manage to make money via ethnic advantage like you & friends. No surprise to anyone that maintaining this advantage through conservatism is in your self interest.
