assigning privillages to NT users

dear all,
is it possible to assign the privillage of shutting down and starting a service (oracle service) on an NT 4.0 domain?
if yes, how could i do that?

no (least i cant see a way) only power users and admins can stop start services. this would be do able in a 2k domain but i dont think its possible in NT4

i totaly agree with u and i know that power users group only exist in W2K domain
but what i meant that is there any policy that i can apply on the NT server to assign stopping and starting services for a user?
i think if there is a solution other than giving that user administrative rights, it should be through policies.
what do u think?


note: no experience with policies on NT
