Assigning Drive Letters?

I know I'm being nitpicky, but...

I want to assign my second hard drive to D:/ and my cd-rom to E:/

I am running Windows 2000. Anyone know how I can do this?
 
Right click on My Computer->Manage->Disk Management, right click on partition->Change drive letter and Path.
