asshare.exe

I just installed a P5Q-E motherboard with E8400 chip and Vista 64. Everything works fine except for one small thing. When I start the computer I get a message from Vista asking me if I want to run asshare.exe. I accept because it says it is an Asus program. Is there anyway to stop this without uninstalling the Asus software? Thankyou.

I seriously thought this was a joke at first... asshare. Haha.

I tried googling it as well, nothing I could find.

You could run "msconfig" (without quotes) with windows run (windows key+r) and disable the startup process by unchecking asshare.exe in the startup tab.
