Assembly! Where can I find a decent assembler and maybe a tutorial?

Wow. I was looking around at assembly today, and there are no assemblers out there. TASM is really old, and DOS based, and annoying to use. Are there no good, Windows based Assemblers?

If you know where to find one, please tell me 🙂 I would very much like to know.
