So how is this game for the PC? I got it the other day but I havent played it yet, I really like the 360 version, are there any gameplay issues with the PC version?

Thanks

There was a problem with full screen, the game being unable to fill it up. But there is an workaround for this, I just don't remember exactly how. It's a great game though. It really worth the money.

You have the 360 version already? Or did you just play it somewhere? It's worth playing but not if you've already played through already.

I HAD it for my 360 but I let my brother take my 360 a few weeks ago, I saw the PC version at walmart, yes for 30 bux and I figured what the hell why not give it a try... I will be installing it tonight.

I seen Walmart had it for $30 a few weeks ago. I think that is the regular price. Worth it for $30?

Pretty sure it's also available on steam for $30. I was thinking of getting it but I dunno if I am prepared to pay $30 for it.

so what's a game similar to this? so i can see what kind of game it is. i thought about picking one up at fry's the other day.

tomb raider...you do a lot of climbing and jumping

I actually(from the 360 impressions) I would compare the gameplay to a grand theft auto game, by that I mean the game has alot of open gameplay availability.
I really like the 360 version of the game, there is alot of good fighting abilities and climbing a building in an effort to get away from an attacker.
either way, I think that it is well worth 30 dollars, to me, it is the best game to come out for the pc in a while but I have been out of the picture for a while.

Its a decent game with what I feel is a pretty cool story. The combat system makes you feel superhuman but can get a bit repetitive later in the game. I believe its the first of a 3 part series, which had I known earlier, I would have waited for the entire series. The story just abruptly ends with a cliffhanger for the next installment. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

My recommendation is wait till all three are released and there is some kind of boxed set. (though given the repetitiveness maybe its good to have a large break in between episodes *shrug*)

It doesn't share that much with tomb raider, what did you not like about that?

well I finally got a chance to sit down and play for a little while and I must say that I am really impressed with the way the game is performing, I am getting fantastic framerates and the graphics are impressive.
The gameplay is just as good as the graphics unfortunatly, the first time I played this game was on a console so it is going to take me a little while to get used to the controller to mouse/keyboard conversion.
I am happy that I spent the $30 on this title, in my opinion it was well worth it.

It's an OK game for the PC, but without the achievements that the 360 has and the almost impossible task pickpocketing is in particular on the PC, it makes it very difficult to recommend for $30. Even more frustrating is the knife/sword fighting which can become very repetitive and boring after a short while. Yes, graphically it's pretty cool and it should be played, but I would say to just stick to the main tasks and bypass all the extras. What's also frustrating is the abrupt ending. Once the game hits $20 or less I'd say pick it up.

This game is a real mixed bag, the sort of game I love and hate in equal measure. It has many excellent gameplay ideas and a fairly unique story. I love the open ended maps and large crowds everywhere, which really make the environments come alive. On the other hand, the combat and side quests (viewpoints, saving citizens, etc.) get repetitive very quickly and the AI behavior often makes no sense. The guards frequently don't notice anything you do if you're more than 10 feet away from them but get pissed off for no reason if you get near them. There are also numerous interface design decisions that are utterly idiotic, like the fixed 16:9 aspect ratio, lack of anytime save games, disabled AA at 1600x1200 or above and the infamous 11 commands needed to exit the game.

It's a fantastic game that unfortunately gets repetitive. The first 5-10 hours are brilliant. It shares absolutely nothing with tomb raider, which is about figuring out block puzzles. Definitely a must play, if not quite a must-finish.

Yeah that was awfully retarded. I will cut it some slack and be OK with the whole have to exit from the animis (sp?) before exiting the game but the requirement that you have to select a profile from the main screen to click exit is just stupendously dumb. Its like they thought the game was sooo good that odds are if you are exiting its not because you want to leave the game but rather you are going to let someone else play.

More likely the whole exiting thing is they're trying to create a virtual environment, and adding one more level to the story. Kind of dumb because we all know we're just playing a game anyways.

Its a fun game and some parts are tough as balls, especially some of the later archer assassination missions on the PC but otherwise great game, graphically its amazing.

And honestly I'll NEVER get bored of some of the deaths.

Slashing peoples throats, stabbing them in the head, etc thats just great to behold!

?!?!? Hmm. I remember failing on a few times on missions but I wouldn't classify them as "tough as balls". One of the later archer missions I had a hard time sneaking up on the last guy so I circumvented it by climbing up an adjacent building and simply throwing knife.

The part I had the hardest time was where you had to destroy the shops. Just couldn't maneuver the guy and throw him where I wanted. So I usually just made sure that the target was in the exact middle of me and the shop so it was just a simple unaimed push.
