Between the two of them i'd definitely go for the GTX 1050 over this one, but this is still a great deal.

What about compared to a $120-130 4GB RX 570 card, if any of them drop that low?

Here's an ASRock RX 550 2GB for $79.99 FS.

For that price, it would be a better choice than a GT 1030.

Yes, the GTX 1050 3GB version beats the RX 560 4GB model in every benchmark and destroys it in Doom and Starcraft II.
