MA labs has the socket 939 to am2 riser card listed on their website under motherboards>asrock. They don't list a price. You have to call. You can also check Asrock's website for more venders under "where to buy". I recommend a newegg open box board instead. I tried updating to the newest bios on the dual sata II board (version 2.30) and had a boot problem with it. It stopped after trying to boot to floppy instead of continuing through to the cd then hardrive.

Looks like eWiz still has it.

Edit: That's a really good question about whether the voltmod (once applied) affects the riser card too...and, being that I'm still using Socket 939 on the board, I have no clue. :p You might want to search the OCW Forums to see if anyone has information about voltmods and the AM2 card.

Nice find, Synth !!! I was looking for this card, and other than ZZF, I couldn't find it at any popular e-vendors. This looks like a worthwhile upgrade for this board if paired up with an AM2 5200+ which is close enough in price to a C2D 6400.

Performance seems close between those chips, but I would not have to buy an Intel board which would save me $100 also. ($130-30 for the upgrade card). Decisions, decisions ...

Using any Opty144 with my Asrock board currently, but I'm hoping to upgrade it yet again and return it to main PC status. Between the AM2 chip and a voltmod to 1.55 on the board, I just might have found what I was looking for. Dark, post back if you find any more info on this.
