Seems like a decent deal for an 1150 ITX board. Not sure if it will do non-Z OC or not.

Has an eSATA port, as well as the full complement of VGA / DVI / HDMI. Should be decent for HTPC too.

There was a similar deal on the H97M Pro4 last week. Both can overclock with the right BIOS.

I upgraded one of my sons rigs to an i5 so I have a G3258 just sitting in my desk. I ordered one of these and a $30 2x4gb DDR3L kit. $78 bucks out of pocket and I have mobo, ram and cpu. This will decommission the last LGA 775 rig in my house.
