There are links to a lot of tools that can do this in the official overclocking guide sticky. in the CPU forum The website for motherboard monitor does not list the ASRock SATA as a supported motherboard, but you can always try it. That's what I would use if it works. It has a neat little temperature display that goes into the system tray.

I've got an ASRock 939 at the moment, I use speedfan, it seems pretty good, I'd definately recommend it.

Overnight, when the room temperature really drops, I've had the CPU idling at not much over 20degrees lol, but normally, idle is around 36, load doesn't reach 50.

4400+ @ 2.5Ghz with Akasa EVO-120

MBM5 is no longer updated with MB info, so it won't have this MB in it.
Best bet is speedfan.
