ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 any good?

Hey there, I've got a friend with an agp slot that wants to keep in mind that times are a changing. He's looking at the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 ATX AMD Motherboard with PCIe and AGP.

Does anyone know if this mobo is any good? He will not OC.

Very long thread on the board going here

In my opinion the board is a very solid performer and is great for those of us stuck in between older AGP systems and newer PCI-E ones. I've had no problems whatsoever with mine, and especially if he's not planning on overclocking, IMO there really isn't a better board for people still using an AGP video card.
