AsRock 775i65G works with Conroe

for people that's on a tight budget. i know it works with this mobo cause I just bought the e6400. FSB caps @ 300 so sorta sucks but overall i'm very happy since i rather have the intel chipsets then Via chipset. these are the only 2 alternatives I know of that works with current AGP/DDR setup.

I love my ASRock 775Dual-VSTA (No conroe yet though)...D915 kicking up a storm though...🙂

FSB limit is the only reason I have bought another board.

overall i'm happy with it. it should hold me off for *gasp* the next big upgrade to pci-e. ya the FSB limit sucks but for $64 canadian it's dirt cheap =P

Hey Peet, where did you get your motherboard? Did you get it from newegg? I want to get it, but I want to make sure that it is Rev. 2 so I can use Conroe on it. Thank.

How is the onboard sound on this board?

Also, is it set up to boot off an SATA drive out of the box? For some reason my current mb didn't allow this and I had to put my OS on an older IDE drive.

Okay, how the hack do I get this thing to install Windows on my Raptor? It kept telling me that it can't find a hard disk even though it shows up in the bios page. Help!
