ASPNET Missing

I got a machine that that ASPNET is missing, and i have done the repairs of the installs and it still doesn't want to show up. I think i remember that it was there some time last week, but now it disappeared. Is there another way? I have all 3 of the programs installed, 1.1 (and hotfix), 2.0, and 3.0

I am working on getting UPS WorldShip 9.0 installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
