Hey,

I installed EasyCD Creator 4.0 (sorry, i know) and now my cd drives are not working. They show up in device manager with a yellow exclamation mark and say s(drive may be corrupt code 39). I uninstalled EasyCD, no go. Then i uninstalled the drives through device manager, they would redetect and have the same problem. I then went and downloaded aspi drivers for WinXP from a tweak site (aspichk and aspi), said successfully installed, and still it has the same problem.

Anybody know a fix?

Thanks

I just saw a thread about the deleting of a couple registry keys. Keep looking on these pages until you find it. it was exactly your problem.

I guess checking the Roxio website in reguards to ezcd4 compatibility with XP never occured to you?

In short they say don't install ezcd4 on XP. There is a free version of ezcd5.1 available now. And i am sure someone will fix the time limit on it.
