Can anyone provide me with a good tutorial/example of a VB.NET SOAP server?

What is a SOAP Server? Do you mean a Web Service?

Web Services is a generic term encompassing a number of technologies/protocols (i.e. XML-RPC, SOAP, REST, etc., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_service)

I was being sarcastic when I asked "What is a SOAP Server?" The notion of a SOAP Server is redundant, unless you are serving raw SOAP messages via an HTTP Handler.

I actually *am* serving raw SOAP messages with PHP... but I guess I won't do that when I write my ASP.NET code. 🙂
