Asp.net Machine A -- User Profile in Win XP -- What the ?!*# is it?

I've noticed that my recent install of Win XP Pro seems to have a hidden user profile called "Asp.net Machine A". Does anyone know what it is and how it might have gotten there? Is it part of Windows? Spyware? Adware? A Virus?

Since this is a fresh install, I haven't installed a virus program yet, but it's the next step.

Thanks. It's more or less harmless but also unnecessary unless you're doing Asp.net development. Sheesh, you'd think it would ask if you wanted it first. I just deleted the user account.
