What's da point. ATI always ignores direct questions and alwys responds with standard PR responses. ATI interviews are very boring.

and who is better? which company gives out info on future products?
ATI is answering questions about problems, and future software implementation, just not hardware.

I got a good Q, "WTF is up with your software and driver teams?!?!, CANT YOU EVER DO ANYTHING RIGHT......... JESUS!!!!. Heh heh, j/k. I'm pretty happy with my Radaeon 8500, the 6052 betas from red software are perfect. The thing that bothers me is the fact that ATI posted 6045 drivers on there site, which happen to be VERY buggy. As far as asking what ATI is coming out with next, I wouldn't bother, they'll either keep there mouths shut or spout out BS about how they have a card thats faster than nVidias best.

I usually find interviews with nVidia mopre interesting... just a bit more forthcoming in general, though I do recall seeing one excellent ATi interview quite awhile back.
Then again, neither tend to reveal much tangible information, and take every oppourtunity to spout the PR line.

All the same, I'll check into it if only on the off-chance they might give out some info on their plans for the FireGL iterations of the Radeon and future ISV certification plans.
Might also pop by and ask about future plans for a possible incorporation of MSAA, and improved anisotropic filtering on the hardware level.
