How can those fishermen get the bluefin tuna back from the pack of killer whales that just stole it?🙂

I seriously doubt the validity of any of your answers after this piece of misinformation.

Is it safe to eat raw, but very fresh, poultry? (e.g. If I bought a live chicken and killed it and ate it right away.) I saw raw turkey served on Iron Chef, so I wonder . . . 😛

fresh fish or any seafood wont have a distinct smell. that's how you know it's fresh.

old fresh and seafood stink cause it's old. if the fish smells fishy, don't buy it.

I know how to do that, clean the fish before rigor sets in and rinse it off with water before putting it in freezer baggies. make sure the leftover parts get disposed of properly (in cities, put it in its own lawn bag) in the country take it to a creek and empty the bag (dispose of the bag properly....don't want any litter bugs)

The OP asked me to let everyone know that he can't post for whatever reason. I don't see a mod edit in here, so I don't think he got banned.
